Delivery in the Continental US:
-All delivery’s and returns within the continental US are free within 30 days of purchase, including freight!  No matter how large or small, your item will be packed securely and delivered at no extra cost. For freight items, this includes packaging by crate, insurance and residential* liftgate delivery.

-Timeline: Freight deliveries can be expected within seven to ten business days for in-stock items that have not been customized. For custom colors/stains, an additional one to three business days can be expected for production. Faucets and hardware ship same day, if ordered before 2 pm CST.

*Residential delivery includes curbside/sidewalk drop off. Currently, white glove delivery is not available. 

Returns in the Continental US
-All returns within the continental US are free within 30 days of purchase, including freight! We would like to note that all of our competitors do charge between two and three hundred dollars for freight returns, which we offer for free. However, returns must be shipped back within thirty days of purchase. This return window is designed for you to receive the item, review and decide whether you want to keep or immediately return if it is not as desired. This policy also coincides with inspecting items upon delivery to report any damage or shortages, which should happen upon receipt. We also offer an extended 90 Day Return, however there will be restocking fees. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase from WatermarkFixtures.com, just contact us and we’ll set up your return. Depending upon the item, this may be as simple as printing out a label or scheduling a physical pickup with a freight company. It is important that all original boxes/packaging materials in new not installed condition are included in your return or there will be a restocking fee. 

Return to Sender
In the event of a return to sender (bad address, undeliverable/refused/no one to sign) -All return to sender within the continental US will be subjected to the shipping cost to and from plus a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged and Defective Items

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set) for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within the following timeframes: 

For Items Shipped by Parcel Carriers (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS):      
i. Damaged and Defective Items: Within 30 days of delivery 

For Items Shipped by Freight Carriers (including White Glove Service):      
i. Damaged Items: Within 5 days of delivery. It’s critical to report the issue within this time period so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.      
ii. Defective Items: Within 30 days of delivery.

International Delivery
No matter how large or small, your item will be packed securely and delivered as per the quoted rate. For freight items, this includes packaging by crate, insurance and residential* liftgate delivery.

-Timeline: Freight deliveries (LCL) can be expected within five to 40 business days for in-stock items that have not been customized. For custom colors/stains, an additional one to three business days can be expected. Faucets and hardware ship same day, if ordered before 2 pm CST (Please allow 5 to 20 days for international parcels).

*Residential delivery includes curbside/sidewalk drop off. Currently, white glove delivery is not available. 

International Returns
All International returns are charged at the same Shipping, Duties & Taxes rate they originally were charged at the time of purchase.  If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase from WatermarkFixtures.com, just contact us and we’ll set up your return. Depending upon the item, this may be as simple as printing out a label or scheduling a physical pickup with a freight company. It is important that all original boxes/packaging materials in new not installed condition are included in your return or there will be a restocking fee.
