Delivery in the Continental US:
-All delivery's and returns within the continental US are free within 30 days of purchase, including freight!  No matter how large or small, your item will be packed securely and delivered at no extra cost. For freight items, this includes packaging by crate, insurance and residential* liftgate delivery.

-Timeline: Freight deliveries can be expected within seven to ten business days for in-stock items that have not been customized. For custom colors/stains, an additional one to three business days can be expected for production. Faucets and hardware ship same day, if ordered before 2 pm CST.

*Residential delivery includes curbside/sidewalk drop off. Currently, white glove delivery is not available. 
 

International Delivery: No matter how large or small, your item will be packed securely and delivered as per the quoted rate. For freight items, this includes packaging by crate, insurance and residential* liftgate delivery.

-Timeline: Freight deliveries (LCL) can be expected within five to 40 business days for in-stock items that have not been customized. For custom colors/stains, an additional one to three business days can be expected. Faucets and hardware ship same day, if ordered before 2 pm CST (Please allow 5 to 20 days for international parcels).

*Residential delivery includes curbside/sidewalk drop off. Currently, white glove delivery is not available. 

Returns in the Continental US
-All returns within the continental US are free within 30 days of purchase, including freight! There is an option to return an item between 31-90 days, however there will be associated charges. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase from WatermarkFixtures.com, just contact us and we'll set up your return. Depending upon the item, this may be as simple as printing out a label or scheduling a physical pickup with a freight company. It is important that all original boxes/packaging materials in new not installed condition are included in your return or there will be a restocking fee. 

Watermarkfixtures cannot accept a return or refund the following:
• Items that have been altered or mishandled
• Items with custom work or painting at time of sale
• Special-order items not listed on our site 
• Items that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.). 

International Returns
All International returns are charged at the same Shipping, Duties & Taxes rate they originally were charged at the time of purchase.  If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase from WatermarkFixtures.com, just contact us and we'll set up your return. Depending upon the item, this may be as simple as printing out a label or scheduling a physical pickup with a freight company. It is important that all original boxes/packaging materials in new not installed condition are included in your return or there will be a restocking fee. 
 

Damaged and Defective Items 

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set) for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within the following timeframes: 

For Items Shipped by Parcel Carriers (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS):      
    i. Damaged and Defective Items: Within 30 days of delivery
 

For Items Shipped by Freight Carriers (including White Glove Service):      
    i. Damaged Items: Within 5 days of delivery. It's critical to report the issue within this time period so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.      
    ii. Defective Items: Within 30 days of delivery.
